Location close enough to the bustling center of Da Lat, railway station and center and many popular restaurants in town. Reasonably large and brand-new room with gates.

The location here is fantastic-right next to the center and close to several popular restaurants, yet it's in a pretty quiet area. I enjoyed some delicious meals at a place called Shanaz, which is just a short walk away from the hotel. 🍽️.

The staff here were really friendly and attentive, and the service was fantastic during our entire stay. We loved the peaceful location, and it was great to have a market and shops close by. 🛍️.

Our room was perfectly clean and came with an electronic key card, a work desk, and satellite TV. 🛏️.

My partner and I booked a room at N'Queen Villa because we wanted the convenience of a kitchen during our week-long stay. we were disappointed to find that there were no cooking utensils or plates provided. The lack of proper kitchen equipment made it impossible for us to cook or even heat up food in the microwave. The bathroom also had its shortcomings, with no shower curtain and small shower floor mats, made the floors constantly wet and hard to dry. Despite these drawbacks, the room itself was large, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was also friendly and accommodating, offering assistance when needed.

The hotel provided free Wi-Fi and a complimentary breakfast, which was good value for money. the hotel was also conveniently located near the city center and local attractions. It was a great advantage to be able to get around easily.

The lobby area was too small and the staff was understaffed. There were times when the front door was locked, and it was inconvenient when I had to leave early or come back late due to my business meetings.
